DRIP LINES

These are small thin-walled pipes with perforations called emitters that are installed for use in drip irrigation. Drip lines can be used to pass both water and nutrients through the use of water-soluble fertilizers into the targeted area. Their main advantage is that they save on water, nutrients, and labor from the farmer. They are easily installed for use since the emitters are pre-installed. Drip Lines can be differentiated between single-season and multi-season use which is therefore determined by the pipe’s wall thickness measured in millimeters (mm). The spacing of emitters on a drip line also varies. It depends on the crop density, cultivation method, and also the type of soul used.

Here at Afro Drip, we offer drip lines with a standard length of 1000m and a standard outer diameter of 16mm. However, we have a wide range of selection of dripper spacing upon a choice between 0.3mm thickness of dripline or 0.4mm. The dripper spacing availability is as follows below:

0.3MM THICKNESS.                      0.4MM THICKNESS

15cm spacing.                                      15cm spacing

20cm spacing                                       20cm spacing

30cm spacing                                       30cm spacing
